Women’s History Month
Aspen Gardens TRA will host a series of FREE events for the residents of Aspen Gardens to come together and celebrate women’s history while fostering community connections and healthy lifestyles.
4 Week Nutrition and Health Programme
1 x per week 45 minute sessions for the female residents of Aspen Gardens. The sessions will be run by The Nourish House. The structured programme is designed to provide group support, individual guidance, and practical tools to help you build healthier habits in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Week 1: Foundations for change
- Introductions and goal setting
- Understanding nutrition basics
- Healthy habit building
- Open discussion and shared experiences
Week 2: Group follow up sessions
- Progress check-in
- Challenges and wins
- Nutrition guidance and practical tips
- Encouragement and accountability
Week 3: Individual catch up sessions
- Private discussion of personal challenges
- Topics not comfortable to share in group
- Personalised nutrition advice
- Goal review and adjustments
Week 4: Final group session: encouragement and moving forward
- Celebrating progress
- Long-term habit strategies
- Building sustainable routines
- Ongoing support and staying in contact

Kickstart Your Career evening
A 2 hour session for Aspen Gardens residents who are looking to explore a new career, mums who are looking to get back to work, or anyone looking to grow their professional skills.
Alice Collins, an experienced marketing professional, will run the session and provide advice on
- Where and how to find a new job
- CV and cover letter writing
- Planning for crucial conversations - interpersonal issues, asking for a pay rise
- Advice on getting started with AI
We will also have access to a laptop to help people with drafting CVs

International Food Evening
This event will be an opportunity for the community to come together and share international dishes and recipes.
Cook a favourite family dish, bring it along for the community to try, and get all the recipes to cook at home!
Each participant will get £10 to buy the ingredients to cook their dish.

Join Us for Community Games Night!
Looking for a fun way to connect with others and enjoy an evening full of friendly competition? Our Community Games Night is the perfect opportunity to unwind and make new friends, Don’t miss out on this fantastic chance to bond with your community and share some memorable moments, Games night takes place every Thursday from 7pm
The last games night this year will be on the 18th of December, Games night will resume on the 8th of January 2026.

Estate Inspection
Our Next Estate inspection will take place on the 12th of May, 10am Meet outside the community hall
Each estate has 4 inspections per year and they are carried out by residents, housing staff, and other service providers.
Residents are welcome to join us on the inspections.
